About Bloomwell

A Relational Approach to Therapy

Bloomwell Relational Therapy was created as a space for people navigating anxiety, perfectionism, relationship stress, identity questions, trauma, and major life transitions.

Many clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, not because something is “wrong” with them, but because they have been carrying difficult experiences, expectations, or emotions for a long time. Therapy is a place to slow down, make sense of your story, and begin moving forward with greater clarity, connection, and support.

How I Work

My approach is warm, collaborative, and intentional. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I meet you where you are and tailor our work to what feels most meaningful and helpful.

I primarily draw from Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and EMDR to support clients in understanding their experiences, processing what has shaped them, and creating meaningful change.

  • Understand their patterns and experiences

  • Separate identity from the problems they’re facing

  • Process distressing experiences and reduce their emotional impact

  • Strengthen communication and relationships

  • Build practical tools for everyday life

  • Move toward meaningful and realistic change

Therapy is both reflective and action-oriented, we explore your story while also working toward something new.

Who I Work With

I specialize in working with:

  • Women navigating anxiety, perfectionism, self-worth, and identity development

  • Couples and premarital partners strengthening communication and connection

  • LGBTQIA+ clients exploring identity, relationships, and life transitions

  • Young adults moving through school, career, and relationship changes

  • Clients processing trauma, distressing experiences, and difficult life transitions

Across all of my work, the focus is relational, how you connect with yourself, others, and the patterns that shape your life.
